What if guests cancel?

A cancellation is always a possibility. Details on how Welcome in handles this are shown below:
If the tenant cancels the rental agreement within 31 days before the start of the planned stay, we will pay you, after deduction of commissions and costs in accordance with this agreement, the cancellation fee paid by the tenant in relation to the cancelled period. The aforementioned fee does not apply if the rental agreement with a tenant is cancelled due to a deficiency, or if the tenant is moved to another property.

A booking cancelled within 24 hours will be honoured free of charge. With this, Welcome in deviates favourably from the terms set out in the RECRON conditions. 

If a booking is made via a tour operator, the cancellation conditions of the tour operator apply.

We will make every effort to re-book the property for the cancelled period.
