What do we do in case of emergencies?
Our full-time support means we serve as the first point of contact for your guests in urgent situations. Think of issues like no hot water, no heating, not receiving a key card, a lost key card, or not getting arrival information. Our team members are ready to respond quickly and resolve the situation as soon as possible, ensuring your guests experience as little inconvenience as possible. They don’t need to worry about finding a solution—we handle everything for them.
What happens outside office hours?
With Full Service, we’re also reachable outside regular office hours via our emergency number. This number is for true emergencies and is only used when there’s a problem that requires immediate resolution. You don’t have to worry about managing these situations; we ensure a swift resolution.
Rental Service: your responsibility as the owner With our Rental Service, you as the owner are the primary point of contact for emergencies. You’re available 24/7 to your guests should any issues arise, such as no hot water, no heating, or other urgent matters. If you’re not reachable outside of office hours, guests can call our emergency number for help with true emergencies. For less urgent issues, guests can reach you on the next business day for further assistance.
