May I use the property myself?

As the property owner, you’re of course free to use your holiday home as much as you want! Simply log in through your owner portal and block out the dates of your stay.

If you have chosen the Rental Service-package, you pay nothing for your own accommodation.

If you have chosen the Fullservice-package, during your stay, you only pay the costs of cleaning – and bed linen, if you pick that option. For these services you will be charged the cost price. We make a point of always cleaning the properties and providing linen ourselves, so that we guarantee the holiday let meets our rigorous quality standards for receiving new guests.

If you self-manage your holiday accommodation
If you manage the property yourself, outsource the management to a third party, or are having the property renovated, you can block your holiday let via eigenaren@welcome.in. We also ask for an indication of the kind of work that is scheduled so that we can schedule cleaning work after the renovation and see if we need to adjust your property’s presentation.

Accommodation for friends and family
You can send family and/or friends your own booking link, so they can easily book your holiday let. Our booking system will see that this booking has come through you and will be tagged with the status 'through owner' (for further explanation see the owner login).
