Yes, of course. Your holiday home remains yours to enjoy, and we understand that you want your family and friends to enjoy it with you! There are two options:
Owner booking
An owner booking is valid for you and all first-degree family members (partner, parents, parents-in-law, stepparents, adoptive parents, children, children-in-law, stepchildren and adopted children).
For an owner booking, you only pay the cost of the services provided by Welcome in. For full-service, that means cleaning and linen. Welcome in does not charge a commission on an owner booking, as we do not provide guest services for these bookings, such as assisted check-in or 24/7 emergency service.
Promotional link
Second and third-degree relatives and friends can use the promotional link to book your accommodation. Our booking system can see that the booking has come in through you and sets the booking status to ‘through owner’ (see the owner portal for more information). You will receive a 5% discount on the commission for every booking made through the promotional link. Bookings through the promotional link receive the same services that Welcome in provides for regular bookings, such as assisted check-in and 24/7 emergency service.
