How do I make my own reservation through the Owner Portal?
Do you plan to stay in your property yourself? If so, we kindly ask you to make these reservations directly through the Owner Portal.
It only takes a few minutes and helps us keep availability, planning and administration as accurate as possible.
Why reserve through the portal?
When owner reservations are communicated by phone or email, they need to be processed manually. This creates additional work and increases the risk of errors in dates, length of stay or availability.
By making your reservation through the portal:
Availability is updated immediately,
Arrival and departure dates are recorded correctly,
The planning remains up to date,
Administrative processing is more efficient,
The risk of errors is reduced.
This helps us keep everything organised and accurate.
How do I make an owner reservation?
Step 1. Log in to the Owner Portal
Go to the Owner Portal and log in using your personal credentials.
Step 2. Open your property
On the dashboard, locate your property and click "Reservations".
Step 3. Select your preferred dates
Choose your arrival and departure dates.
Always double-check that the selected dates match your intended length of stay.
Step 4. Enter guest details
Fill in the number of guests and any additional information required.
Step 5. Select any extras
Depending on the property, you may be able to select additional services such as bed linen or towel packages.
Step 6. Complete the reservation
Click "Create Reservation". The reservation will be processed immediately and added to the system.
Step 7. Review the confirmation
Once the reservation has been created, it will appear in your reservation overview. Please take a moment to verify that all details are correct.
