At Welcome in, we understand that technology can sometimes be unpredictable—but don’t worry! The chances of your digital lock not working or your phone running out of battery are very small. And if something does go wrong, our front office is always here to help.

If something goes wrong—like your phone battery dying or you’re unable to use the digital lock—we’ll quickly find a solution. For example, we can create a temporary key card for you, which you can pick up at the reception. This ensures you’ll always have access to your property.

Since everyone listed on a booking can use their phone as a key, the chance that no one has access is extremely low. But if it does happen, there’s no need to worry—our front office will be happy to assist you!
