Our caretakers remove the cylinder lock from the front door (the part where you insert the key) and replace it with the digital lock. The digital lock is a cylinder that contains software. It is installed without requiring any adjustments to the front door or the door’s hardware. In other words, nothing is damaged. We keep the cylinder lock and its keys safe for you. When we remove the digital lock if, for instance, you end your partnership with Welcome in, our caretakers will reinsert the original cylinder lock with keyhole. The door hardware will be restored to its original state.
