We charge a deposit of €350 per holiday home. This amount will be refunded to you when the lock is removed from your property, for instance when you end your partnership with Welcome in.
We take care of everything involved in (de)installing, maintenance and management. The lock remains our property. When we remove the digital lock, we re-install the original cylinder lock with keyhole. The lock will be in its original state. The installation doesn’t require any adjustments to the front door or door hardware, and causes no damage.
