What happens if something is broken?

If you use our Rental Service-Package, you will take care of all the maintenance jobs yourself. You are in control, and can decide how you want the work to be done.

If you have chosen the Fullservice-package, Welcome in will take care of minor maintenance jobs such as replacing a light bulb, lamp, providing new flatware, etc. If the property requires more extensive maintenance, once you have been informed or have agreed, you will carry out the work yourself or outsource it through us. In the event of the latter, you will be charged for the costs involved.
