Maintaining your holiday home is important to provide guests with a great experience. How this is arranged depends on the package you have chosen. Managing Maintenance Yourself (Rental Service) If you have the Rental Service package, you are responsible for maintaining your property. You decide how and when maintenance is carried out, giving you full control. Outsourcing Maintenance (Full Service) With the Full Service package, Welcome in takes care of the small technical maintenance for you. This includes:
- Replacing light bulbs.
- Replenishing dishware.
- Small repairs.
For larger maintenance tasks, we will always inform you first (for amounts over €150). You can then choose to handle it yourself or have us arrange it for you. In the latter case, the costs will be passed on to you.
