What costs are associated with our partnership?

Our collaboration is based on commission, which we calculate on the rental amount (not on additional costs). The amount of the commission can be found in the agreement of the package you have chosen.Depending on the package you choose, there are a number of costs and obligations that we will discuss with you

Annual Costs Rental Service Package:
  • A monthly fee for the use of our booking system.
Full Service Package:
  • A monthly fee for the use of our booking system.
  • Annual deep cleaning.
  • Mandatory window cleaning.

One-Time Costs
At the start of our collaboration, we charge one-time start-up costs. These can be seen as implementation costs for things like professional photo shoots, registering your property on different platforms, and translating the property information.If you have chosen the full-service package, we also charge a fee for mattress and pillow protectors (see explanation under cleaning - protectors). Billing and Invoicing Through your owner login, you have real-time access to your rental income. There, you will find 3 different types of invoices 1. Periodic Invoice: This is for your contribution to the online booking system. You will receive this twice a year. 2. Task Invoice: For work performed outside the contract, such as the purchase of new inventory or services by our technical team or external parties. 3. Rental Statement: This provides insight into the generated rental income, minus the commission due. You will receive the rental statement by the 15th of each month, and the payment will take place 10 days after the invoice date, so around the 25th of each month. The departure date of your guests determines in which month the stay will be invoiced.
