Properties are listed online within two weeks after we receive the photos from our photographer. We need a few things to get started.
For rental service contracts:
- Signed contract with Welcome in;
- Completed property registration form.
For full-service contracts:
- Signed contract with Welcome in;
- Completed property registration form.
- Completed digital lock registration form or
- four keys to the front door (if a digital lock is not possible on your property)
Welcome in will prepare the property for renting as follows:
- Our service team provides the initial cleaning;
- Our technical department performs the technical inspection and orders and installs a custom digital lock;
- Our photographer photographs the property (your property will be listed online within two weeks of receipt);
- Our marketing department writes the copy in Dutch, German and English;
- Our product management department enters all data in the booking system and links it with all partners.
