A sparkling view comes with Fullservice! That’s why a window cleaning subscription is required. Not all window cleaning is included in the regular changeover cleaning. To truly keep the windows clean and ensure the best possible guest experience, regular and thorough cleaning is essential.
It also helps us provide year-round work for our housekeeping team - crucial for maintaining a strong and stable cleaning crew. That’s why window cleaning often takes place during quieter periods.
How does it work?
- During the initial cleaning (at the start of the rental period), the windows and frames are always cleaned thoroughly. This cleaning is equal to the annual deep clean we perform as standard.
- During regular changeover cleans, fingerprints and smudges are removed. If the windows are particularly dirty, our housekeeping staff will of course use a squeegee for a more thorough clean.
- In the off-season, there is often more time to give extra attention to the windows as part of the cleaning routine.
Window cleaning in a Fullservice contract
With a Fullservice agreement, a window cleaning subscription is required at a minimum of 4 times per year. This includes both interior and exterior cleaning. The exact pricing and execution depend on the location and property type.

And what about smaller-scale projects?
For smaller-scale projects in the Netherlands, window cleaning is included in the management fees. The frequency varies by project and can be found in our billing and content overview.
