You will receive the rental statement before the 15th of each month. The payment will be made around the 25th of the following month.
How is the statement calculated?
The departure date of your guests determines in which month the stay is settled.
Example: Does a guest have a booking that spans two months? Then the full statement is processed in the month in which the departure day falls.
