Have you opted for the Fullservice-package? If so, you have chosen the skilled services of our Service Team, a group of permanent employees who clean our accommodations. We try to make sure that, wherever possible, they clean the same properties. This allows them to thoroughly get to know your property, and tailor their cleaning to its specific needs.
Final cleaning
After guests have left, your holiday accommodation will be cleaned. Our very own Service Team will clean the property from top to toe, using a cleaning checklist app. Our team checks off each task on the list once the work has been completed. This helps us to guarantee that the property is thoroughly clean and no tasks have been overlooked. Of course, we carry out (spot checks) to make sure everything meets our standards.
Deep Cleaning
The Service Team also carries out the annual deep clean. This takes place at the beginning of the season. You will receive an invoice for this service.
Protective covers
If you have opted for the Fullservice-package, we provide protective covers for mattresses and pillows. This is a service we provide to guarantee the quality and hygiene of the bedding. The owner buys these protective covers through Welcome in, in a one-time purchase. This means that every bed has protective covers of the same material, which will be changed by our Service Team as often as necessary.
